Excuse me

I have a picture but I bought the caustic noxious knight bundle in the apex store and I got none of the things I bought I would like a compensation of 75-100 apex packs or a full refund

Hey awsomennes,

Just to confirm, was this bundle purchased on the account you're posting with currently, or do you have a different profile that may have been used? Was this just purchased within the past day or so?

With a brief look over what I can see on your account currently, I'm not seeing this particular bundle being purchased, or in fact any purchase for that large an amount of Apex Coins. I do see recent Retro Packs and some other normal pack purchases and openings, but nothing on the level of a bundle like this.
