Extreme Ping Lag

All of a sudden, tried to hop on Apex this morning and I am met with extreme intermittent lag on all modes. For some reason, it doesn't happen in the firing range. My internet is fine and everything else works, just Apex multiplayer is always lagging. It's unplayable and unbearable, I keep having to abandon matches because I become frustrated at the lag.
