Hello,For me it helped change the settings of the polling rate mouse from 1000 mhz to 500 mhz.

Extremely low FPS when moving mouse.

Specs:

GTX 1050m

On a Lenovo Legion Y520.

Everything can be turned down, even the resolution and then using dynamic scaling to downscale even further still gets me <1 fps.

Hello,

If you have windows 10 in version 1803, you can try to update to the newest version of 1809. It just tests this solution and everything accelerated very much (even with a polling rate of 1000mhz)

The fix for the issue has been found.
Your PC should auto update as windows does on standard settings. But thank you for this information.

I have the same problem than you, but I tried every solutions that are here, I even deleted and redownloaded the gameand the problem's still here.
I have a 1060, Intel i7 7700HQ 2.8GHz. I don't know what to do...

I’ve had no issues and then all of the sudden yesterday same problem. I’ve tried a lot of fixes but will try the mouse polling rate adjustment and hope it works.

the game will be running perfectly and then after 40 seconds or so any mouse movement whether in game or in lobby menus it freezes.

what is strange is strafing and movement, jumping and zip line movement all does not cause an issue. It’s isolated to moving the mouse.

I get lots of the top red error symbols appearing including prediction error and congestion mostly.

Man I swear you're a fricking genius by reducing the mouse refresh rate from 8000 to 2000 you just allowed me to play freely CS:GO, Aimlabs and Apex you're trully a legend
