Please try these steps to help prevent that:
- Make sure your monitor is connected to your GPU rather than motherboard video output
- Open the nvidia Control Panel
- Click Manage 3D settings
- Click the Program Settings tab
- Click the Add button
- Select the game from the list or click browse and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Apex\r5apex.exe
- Select r5apex.exe and then Open
- Customise individual settings if you like
- Exit nvidia control panel and try playing.
If this does not help you, please post your Dxdiag so we can take a look, thanks.

Still not working for me. The only way that ive been able to play is if I restart my computer or try to load the game multiple times until it loads.

There is a slightly newer version of Origin available since your last post here, make sure you complete that update.
Please also run System file checker, remove any optional hardware (webcam etc.) and perform a clean boot before playing:

still no fix to this I have even replaced hardware in my computer and have done clean installs of windows. Also Apex now wont even download. It gets stuck at about 38% and if it gets close to the playable stage I get an error. Apex is my favorite game and for some reason its the only game that doesn't work. I can play any game on epic, Bethesda, steam, batte.net and etc. Origins is the only thing giving me problems, so someone please help me find a solution. If not I will just play games on other platforms.
