False ban / How can I contact the TOS team
FALSE BAN - PLEASE REVIEW MY CASE
My Apex Legends account was hacked around October 2025 while I was inactive and not playing. I only realized this around March 2026 when I lost access to the account and contacted EA Support. After verifying my information, I successfully recovered it.
After recovering the account, I discovered it had been banned/sanctioned. I believe the ban was caused by the person who used my account while it was compromised, not by me.
When I first checked my sanction history, the ban and appeal option were visible. However, after my appeal was suddenly closed after a few days without explanation, the sanction history and appeal option disappeared completely, even though I am still banned in-game.
Please review my account recovery history and support records carefully. They should show that my account was compromised and later recovered through EA Support.
