If you've gone through this appeal process, the investigations and responses have all been from humans. They'll use templates once the review is completed to make sure the information provided is consistent and accurate for those in the same situation, but these are not bot responses.

Each new appeal is investigated by a different member of the Terms of Service team, unless you've reached a point where they've mentioned the matter is closed or further appeals will no longer be reviewed. You're more than welcome to submit a new appeal if it hasn't reached that point, but I'm afraid there aren't any other alternative routes to have a ban investigated.

Is there any evidence I can provide that will allow for a more substantial check of the ban's conditions before submitting another appeal

An appeal is essentially just requesting that our ToS team take another look at the records and activity leading to a ban.

Account actions would be based on what can be verified through our records and logs, so there really wouldn't be any additional information or evidence that could make one appeal more or less substantial than another - just a different pair of eyes taking another look at the situation with a fresh appeal.
