False ban in apex, worst customer support ever experienced
It has been 1.5 years since I got falsely banned in apex and EA wouldn't do anything to help, the ban I received was on the Friday, 3rd of September and the sanction on my ban history happened on the 9th of June, I have already contacted 4 different advisors which they said the same thing over and will help me to re-escalate the case to the TOS team where they have investigated 3 times and still won't remove the sanction despite me explaining the whole situation that happened to my account where that must be some kind of mistake as I as a person would never cheat in a game that I see myself playing for a very long time, I also told them that there were suspicious activities happening in my account around that time where I found hundred of hours played into my Battlefield V when I have stopped playing it for a very long time and it's like they don't care or listen what the owner of the account have to say they rather just look and investigate into the account and just ban blindly according to what account has done which in my case they said I was cheating when I honestly haven't been at all not even once.
I have been playing apex ever since season 1 and even though I stopped playing during season 2,3 and 4 I came back to the game grinded my way up, spent money on it with 3 heirlooms and during my time of playing apex I have genuinely never cheated in the game before, my game stats are mediocre with 2 kill death ratio, haven't even gotten a single 4K damage badge or 20 kills badge and only peaked diamond 4 and still got falsely ban for doing so, like how could I be cheating in the game and furthermore on my main account which I have spent so much time on, anyone with a common sense wouldn't hack with their main account and yet EA TOS team failed to see that because they don't care or get paid enough to deal with this kind of things like imagine getting paid to do nothing, I could tell how lazy and underpaid the TOS team were the moment I kept getting auto generated emails back to me every time I try to explain or provide different type of information that I have, in a way that they could understand how it would be if they were in my shoes and to empathize with me as there is really nothing I can do and feel like I'm being cornered and pushed off a cliff by the TOS team.
That is just how much effort they are only putting in and then pinning the blame on to us that our account wasn't secured enough and it was our fault that hackers could work their way through their lousy security and anti cheat to hack and cheat in a game. I am voicing this out because I am so confused as to why they banned me for something I did not even do, from what I see, they are doing a good job at banning innocent people and can't even ban blatant cheaters in the game. It is just so frustrating that they won't remove the sanction because they just can't see the other side of the story and there is nothing I can do about it, it just feels like I'm paying for a crime with no justice at all and whoever did what they did get off scot-free because its not them and also wasn't the people who falsely ban me who put time and money into the account it just doesn't feels right.
No one can help me everyone in EA is useless, both the forums EA team and EA advisors says that it isn't their problem and wont give no * but in a nicer way and the TOS team that just outright ignores your explanation and sends auto generated emails back to you without trying to communicate with you. Long story short if you ever get falsely banned on your account don't expect these people to help you at all, such incompetent teams in EA.
