False banned and wont let me appeal

hello i got banned on apex for gameplay enhancement but i dont know of anything that i could of used that would get me banned. i use a crosshair overlay but i dont think that is enhancing my gameplay i can show you the crosshair overlay its called crosshair x on steam i have like 1800 hours on it, i seriously have no idea why i was banned i didnt do anything wrong id be happy to show you clips of me playing if you need it ill do a pc check ill do literally anything i just dont want to lose my 3k dollar apex account. ive also heard that updating windows 11 can cause something like this. my ea is DISCODAN32 or ploodoh please look into this,
