Re: How to get help with Apex Legends account bans and suspensions

I play Apex Legends from 2018. I have invested much money and hours of playtime to leve up my account. I loved playing this game because of its various characters, abilities and etc.

One year ago I was banned while not playing the game. I was on holiday and when i returned I noticed that I was restricted of entering the game and at the day of the ban I was still on a holiday. I checked my inbox - no email that I was banned. No matter how many times I tried to appeal no matter how many times I said was able to proove my innocence, I still get the same response - Denied. I lost hope and stopped trying.

I have never used cheating software, the only thing I have done is to play on PC with a Dualshock/Dualsense controller but that is not a problem. I have submitted a final appeal today and if it is again denied - well, maybe it is time to say farewell to Apex for good. :(
