Falsely banned account
Hi Mr/Mrs
Recently I bought apex coin through a verified and legal websites. This is the second time I have bought apex coin in a large amount after the first one and you can check on my previous billing receipt. Suddenly today, I got an email from EA which states my account has been closed. I don't understand why am I being falsely accused here because all the purchase have been made legally and I have received the biling process through my email. I have also NEVER used any illegal programme and mods for this game as we all know its unfair to other players. So I'm hoping that you guys can review my case as soon as possible #58615784. Im hoping that I could play apex along with my friend during this quarantine season but today I got an email my account has been permanently closed and Im so disappointed. Please review my case as soon as possible. Im begging you. #stayathome

I'm afraid that banned accounts are not something we can look into here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team would need to review your account and determine if the ban could be overturned. Please set up a case with them if you haven't already.
