FALSELY BANNED ACCOUNT CANNOT UNLINK STEAM

EA technical team needs to check everything thoroughly before banning someone falsely from their accounts, my account was hacked last August 2023 and I was able to recover it the same month, but on August 18 they banned my account as I have been falsely accused of violating the Tos, which I never did. They don't investigate things thoroughly, would decline you over and over again insisting you have violated something, and would not even let you know what exactly was violated. After 3 requests they would def mark your request attempts as closed case as they would send you automated messages that the decision is final and irrevocable, the least thing they could do to truthful customers is to let us unlink our Steam accounts from a banned account. And they cannot even do that.

    I'm sorry to say, we're not able to help with banned accounts over Answers HQ. Unfortunately, if you've already submitted 3 disputes, there's nothing else that can be done as ToS has performed multiple investigations and could not find anything that warrants overturning the ban.   • @frozenyuri28 faced with exactly the same situation, apparently, a positive outcome of this situation should not be expected ☹️

    It's a shame that no two-factor protection helped and what's the point of all this? It's not clear.

    In fact, no one is protected from hacking and the company cannot help with this in any way. It turns out that there is no point in playing their games, anyway, then give all the progress to some sweaty unpleasant person

    Worst customer service I have seen in my life! All EA cares about are money but the service we get for that money is UTTER TRASH!!!

  • I got falsely banned myself and they wont even tell me what I got banned all I want to do is unlink my gamepass account I think its a massive bug in the software they are using that they can't do that. I am disgusted in the faceless people that just ban your account I emailed and explained that I was hacked but don't read emails they just send you what you received one of my bans got over turned but for some reason they won't believe me that i got banned I think they need to come from the basement and have a chat like the lower areas do  and sort out problems that way instead of emails.
