Some Suggestions

Hello, I’m very happy to join this community, and I hope Apex Legends continues to improve. Below are some suggestions and a personal request of mine:  I suggest Apex add a **left-handed firing perspective option**. I’m not sure if this has been brought up before, but there is still a portion of the player base that is left-handed—please don’t overlook them in the game. Additionally, I’d like to propose adding a **kill cam feature** in ranked matches that activates after a full squad wipe, allowing players to review the perspective of how they were eliminated. I believe this would help identify potential cheaters and make it easier to record and report suspicious behavior.  Regarding Apex’s ban system, I’m sure I’m not the only one who has experienced this: after not logging into Apex for an extended period, I returned only to find my account banned, with many friends removed or blocked. When I checked my device history, there were **six unfamiliar devices** that had accessed my account—devices I had never used. I’ve tried explaining this to the TOS team multiple times but have been repeatedly denied. I even requested my account data, and initially, before any appeal, the ban reason stated "account sharing." However, after appealing twice, the reason changed to "competitive advantage."  

Given the sheer volume of daily appeals, I suspect oversight due to heavy workload may be a factor. Would it be possible to implement a system where EA sends an **alert email** to the original registered email whenever logins are detected from multiple unfamiliar IP locations? This could help prevent unauthorized access. Lastly, I hope my wrongful ban is overturned soon.
