So far I have
Rebooted the modem
Opened the ports
Done EVERYTHING the troubleshooting guide says
So far nothing helps. It's been a month and come regularly in hopes of an actual fix. I keep seeing the same issue on other discussions but this one seems to be ignored. It's not on my side, and as I said, it's also happening on TF2 which didn't before Apex went live. I would like to read that you're investigating, that you acknowledge something's wrong with the netcode/servers, and you're going to do something about it. My friends, all of them which live in the same city report the same problem. Thing is, they just have given up already.
I'm gonna try KCC and see if helps, at this point, anything could be good.

Nothing will work it useless to try its a problem on their part, I attached my dxdiag a month ago didnt get any answers. Its 100% their problem not ours, there are a bunch of people with this problem...
