I have moved my game to another PC by "copy" and "paste". However when Origin asks me to locate my game folder, I selected C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games. However it keeps telling me "FOLDER DO...

Whew, Just figured this out.
So what I did was create a new folder on my Desktop and select that one. It will tell you that this will be the new installation pathway.
