Forgot First Email

Someone in FB forum told me if my account got hacked I can get back my account if I have a first email proof and sent it to EA support. Is that true? in this case i forgot my first email password. Thanks.

If you no longer have access to the original email registered to an account, our support team can verify some additional information to help make any needed updates.

I'm not aware of how EA deals with accounts being hacked, though in most cases a single mail won't be enough to prove that you are the rightful account owner.
If you think that your account has been compromised then the best course of action would be to go through this article: https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/account/secure-hacked-ea-account/
