Double account link

Have an issue going on with my account for some reason my brothers Xbox account connected to my ea account when I was already linked, both our Xbox accounts are one ea account I disconnected mine since he has more progress/skins but when I went to log in it’s telling me his account is already linked idk how our accounts got merged but we are not wanting to losing our personal progress/ items how can we fix this?
