Found a fix to the EAC banner and then no startup.
For some reason changing the language to polish works, maybe it has something to do with broken gamefiles. Developers need to look into this since it seems like thousands of people cant access the game right now.
To change language press game properties > advanced launch options > change language.

If you suspect there is an issue with your game files, you can right click the game in Origin and then Repair.
