Game crashes at load screen & shows textures as neon blue less than 30 meters

Game version: v3.0.2.4803

Description: When I try to launch the game, the splash screen opens and then I can access the game screen where it prompts "RMB continue". When clicking the RMB, the game begin to "load" and then immediately crashes. Before this all started, a login prompted me to login to apex legends as if it were something from an archaic login screen before these auto-logins took the work for us and I clicked "Cancel". But I have no idea if that is related. This all started because I was trying to get the game to play without showing texture issues for foliage. The texture issue was green grass would appear as a bright neon blue and made targeting very difficult since the blue neon hue acted like a light source, obscuring the player's vision. 

TL;DR: Neon blue grass caused me to troubleshoot and now the game crashes at loading screen.
