FPS cap post update

The images attached are of the fps I get in lobby vs the fps I get in the game, at the lowest resolution with everything either low or disabled, I drop 200 frames. I used to get 60-70 fps before the update on high settings and 1080p resolution[except V-sync(disabled) and anti-aliasing(disabled)]. The images are me in the training mode, and it gets worse in a game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my graphics drivers. I have reinstalled the game, but the problem stays the same. I can't even play the game cause of fps drop when I am against players or when any kind of extra animation takes place e.g. gunfire, smoke, any legend's ability, etc. 

Also, this is a laptop, not a PC, and also-also I am getting good fps on other game such as Rise of Tomb Raider, Fortnite, etc. BTW I use MSI gl62m 7rex laptop model.
