fps drop

Last night i was playing game without any issue, new update for radeon comes out , so after i did update game did a shredders load thing so now i get this fps drop from 144 to like 50 fps .  My spec are :
Processor AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor 3.70 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB
AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT
