Same exact thing has been happening to me, I find myself spending so much of my games just hiding behind cover waiting around for the brief spells where my FPS is where it should be. This seems to be a pretty common problem recently and I'm shocked we haven't heard anything in response.

No one every freaking does!
The game has had performance issues since day 1.
The servers hasn't gotten any better, still games where it's so freaking laggy its a joke.

I dont have fps drops like you guys but I noticed the framepacing is off since the patch on the 3rd.Looknig left and right at certain speeds makes the environment micro jitter/jiggle.It's subtle so many might not notice it.
I have a 1080ti/9900k/16gb ddr4/970 evo and I#m playing on mostly medium settings to reduce the frame pacing as much as possible.
