FPS problems with Apex Legends

Does anyone else have a problem with the FPS on Apex.

Got a decent PC setup and some games my FPS gets well over a constant 200 the next time i get 40-60 FPS with every setting on low and thats in the firing range with no bots active.

It also happens in game as well.

Tried everything to get a steady FPS, Capping, configs, closing background apps, etc etc but still cant get a steady FPS.

Got a wired connecting with CAT 7 cable and decent speeds so its not that.

Also noticed that a few of the Apex streamers are also getting this problem (probably why most are playing Arc Raiders)

I capped my game at 144FPS previous seasons ( default FPS) so why this Season is this happening?
