Freeze apex legends jumping from drop ship or countdown

hi, played apex since day 1, and i never got crashs freeze etc... today its the first time i cant play this game ,freeze every time  jumping from drop ship or on countdown... i dont know why ,because...

Come on EA it's the 3rd day we can't play, please fix it for us already like you did the last few times, it's the same issue all over again, you know what to do...

    @EA_Kent when is it going to be fixed???? I missed summer circuit because of this ........ im switching to fortnite.
