Freeze apex legends jumping from drop ship or countdown

hi, played apex since day 1, and i never got crashs freeze etc... today its the first time i cant play this game ,freeze every time jumping from drop ship or on countdown... i dont know why ,because...

One of my friends randomly started getting this issue about a week ago and we've tried every possible "fix" we could find online (changing graphic settings, reinstalling drivers, reinstalling windows, closing out of background programs e.g. Discord, etc). Regardless to say nothing has worked. I've attached a Youtube link for his issue at hand. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.

This is still happening for me after the update. Will this ever get fixed or am I just no longer allowed to play Apex?

  @NAGAAATO Thank you, I found your post shortly after I made my post above. For some ungodly reason, it's my headset that must be unplugged.
  
  That being said I'm not happy to have to use a workaround when this issue has been happening for a week already.
