im playing apex on xbox and my friend is playing on ps5. we want to play together but when i add him i can not see him at all. he is not appearing in my friend list. I tried to solve the problem by unadd him and add him again but still cant see him. I dont know what to do I kinda need help.
KingEdouardo Adding people as friends across platforms is tricky, (like your Apex friends list doesn't even sync across platforms).
For example, I could be friends with you through the EA App, but when I go play on Steam, I would only have whoever is friended on Steam showing up in my Apex friends list, (and the same thing goes for when I play on my Switch).
What you can try, is to send a friend request to your friend's EA Account by sending the request to their EA ID and see if that helps, (which your EA ID should be KingEdouardo, for example).
It is also possible that one, (or both), of you have a privacy setting turned on that is preventing you both from being able to play with each other, (I remember Xbox having a setting that restricts players outside of the Xbox Live Network).
You may also have Cross Play turned off.
