Friends can't receive invite/see friends list in game

When playing with friends , there's always an issue where either I myself or my friend cannot see their friend list. They cant receive the invites to party despite constant relogging , server changes and restarts or app recoveries. 

Problem has been occuring almost daily recently and this issue has been going on since a year or 2 ago. 🤞
