Account linking question

What do you mean exactly that you're trying to get your old account back? All game progress is stored on the EA account level, so if you have progress on your Nintendo Switch you want to use on Xbox, you'll need to link your Xbox to the same EA account that your Switch is linked to. Just note that if your Xbox is linked to a different EA account, unlinking it will mean that it will lose all the progress you have there until you relink it again.
