Friends list disappeared

Hi

Im playing on xbox x with my ps4 account

everything is good except missing friends list its empty

ive checked everything in privacy settings still empty

    Hi @Alhawn, To confirm you were able to search and add them, but then they did not appear?

    Ive added them when i was playing apex on ps4 

    now I'm playing apex on xbox with the same account

    did cross progression delete the friends list?

    Hi @Alhawn, It may be running into a seperate issue from CP, on the Xbox can you look up the EA account and add it?

    Yes I can, even newly added ones are disappearing
