Friends not showing up as online

Yes, on in the full Origin App it will say we are online. Not away, not invisible. Online.
Even in game, in Apex, it will say "1 friend in apex" but when you click on either the "+" or the friends tab, we will not show up for each other.
In the images provided, it's not even showing the friend that is IN Apex as being the one online.
