Hello! I was hoping someone might be able to help me with an issue regarding "Finding Friends." This seems to be a very popular issue, but haven't seen a solution that has worked for me. I even reached out to EA Support Chat and they said, "We can't help you." I have all of my check boxes clicked in the "Allow users to search for me by" section. I have my Xbox account linked to my EA account. Yet when I give everyone my gamer tag to search for me in the "Find Friends," it always returns "Friend, not found." This happens 100% of the time if someone is adding me from PC or Playstation. WIth Xbox, I'm able to just add them as a friend on my Xbox as a work around. Would someone be able to help me?
