My Apex account got reset to level 1, all data gone

Hi everyone,

I just logged into Apex Legends and my account was completely reset to level 1.All my progress, skins, legends, battle pass, stats, everything is gone. It’s like a brand new account.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any way to get my account data back?Really need help from EA or anyone who knows how to fix this.
