Hello.
Unfortunately, none of this works. I've opened all the available ports required, tried putting my pc in DMZ, I already use a wired cable, router been restarted many times...
I will try UOTrace when I get home.

@sLaugR Thank you for sharing this with us, looking at it you have high ping time and on the first test have packet loss as well. Can you try going through the steps here, to see if this can help us? If not we may need to share that report with your ISP.

Unfortunately, everything on that list isn't an issue.
Only thing I hadn't tried was DNS flushing which i have just tried now.
