@sLaugR Thank you for sharing this with us, looking at it you have high ping time and on the first test have packet loss as well. Can you try going through the steps here, to see if this can help us? If not we may need to share that report with your ISP.

Unfortunately, everything on that list isn't an issue.
Only thing I hadn't tried was DNS flushing which i have just tried now.

  @sLaugR Was the DNS flush able to help? If not I would share these with your ISP to see if they can help with your connection to the server, it seems the last 5 or so hopes to our server start getting high ping times

    The round 2 of tests is after the DNS flush, so no, hasnt helped.
    I rent my apartment so not sure if my ISP Spark New Zealand will allow me to troubleshoot since I am not the account holder. My landlord is clueless when it comes to these things so won't know what to even talk about.
    Is it definitely an ISP issue? Would showing them the data recorded be enough?
