From Auckland to Singapore data servers - BAD LAG

Hello,

I am hailing from Auckland in New Zealand. As you may be aware, due to the ability to choose your servers, nobody in Australia or New Zealand joins the AU servers for ranked games. The majority play on Singapore servers instead. I am competitive by nature so I want to play ranked games more often than not.

The problem I have is for some reason the Singapore servers lag REALLY bad. I've always noticed the issues, and everything feels like 250 ping - yet, it says 120 ping when choosing the data server.

The plot thickens now the new feature added where you can check your latency in-game. Not surprisingly, the latency shown in-game to these servers is 280-300 ping. Why is it over double what I 'ping' when choosing the servers on game launch (120)?

If I play on Tokyo or Oregon - I get around 160-180 ping, which is around maybe 20 or so more than when you choose the data server.

This issue is ruining the enjoyment of the game because I have to solo queue pretty much constantly and get hard stuck on certain ranks. When Aussies join me on Oregon or Tokyo - they find it too laggy and don't want to continue.

Any help to try stabilise Singapore to around 120-130 ping would be greatly appreciated! I have tried premium exitlag and this did not work.

Thanks!

@EA_Illium Well what do you suggest? You guys saying it is not your end, my ISP saying it is not their end... Just played on Tokyo servers from New Zealand - meant to have 140 ping, I have 200 ping. Just tried Singapore servers (from New Zealand) and meant to have 120 ping, I have 240-260 ping.

It is impossible to play ranked! I want to enjoy this season but I am close to uninstalling because this is just getting ridiculous...
