Hey abstractlife1,

Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. I'd recommend raising a dispute with our terms of service team, as they can take a look into this for you. There's a webform in the article you can use to reach out even if you don't see anything in your ban history.

Just to check in case this is why it's blank, what platform do you usually play on? Is it the EA app, or a console or Steam?

If you log in here with your EA account details, do you see your Steam linked? If not, then that could be the issue.

We can't look into or add on to cases, but if everything is linked properly then our terms of service team will be able to pick that up without any issues.
