Game Crashing

Hi there. Sorry to hear about your troubles with launching Apex Legends. I moved your thread to the technical issues boards as we're not aware of any bugs that are causing the game to crash on PS5. So, let's see if we can get this fixed. Please try the following:

• Try clearing the cache and rebuilding the database with the instructions here
• Restore your licenses with these steps

Do you get an error message when the crash happens? Also, is the game installed on the internal hard drive or do you use an external one?

It also can't hurt to power cycle your equipment with these steps:

1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
3. Power it all up and try playing again

Thanks but unfortunately it didn’t work I have already tried this once but it still crashes and says “Something went wrong with this game or app”
