Game chat issues
I’m having issues with game chat, I can’t talk and can’t hear anyone, I’m on the Xbox series S. Everything was fine last season and now I can’t use game chat, and I have already checked my setting as well, everything is fine.
Verify settings in game to know that you got mic and voice active.
If you have, then please try the following:
* Clearing MAC adress
Go to Settings> All settings> Network> Network settings
In here press on advanced settings and alternate MAC adress option, press on 'clear'
Restart your xbox-----------------------------------------
*Clear xbox cache
Power off your Xbox One by holdiong the power button until it turns off.
Unplug your power blick, press and hold the power button several times to expel remaining power. Wait for 10 seconds and plug the bick back in.
waitin for the light on the brick to change from white to orange and turn your xbox on.

* Remove and unplug USB devices
If you have any devices plugged in to your Xbox, please unplug them.
Sometimes it may interfer with the game.

If nothing works you could try update firmware and/or re-install the game
