My teammates either cannot hear me at all or tell me my mic is trash. Party chat works, but no game chat. Also once I Iaunch Apex, if I try to send a friend a voice message to preview if my mic is working then I can no longer hear the playback of the message. If I force close Apex or launch another game the issue goes away.

I notice it more when using the USB for chat and the optical out of my LG CX for game audio. If I use just the USB people can hear me but say I sound far away and echo a lot.

I got a new Anker USB cable, updated to latest firmware and just opened a ton of recommended ports on my router, but it sounds like I'm not the only one with this problem
