Game constantly crashing after update PS4

My game will crash at random times, sometimes after I save, sometimes after traveling. It does not save. Since the past week, I've submitted around 15 PS4 game feedbacks with video attachments. I try playing for a bit every day to see if a patch has gone through. It's also erasing minor things like newly saved outfits (linking the vampire form to my sim's every day form - over and over again even after I change it). It erased 2 of the 3 dates in the soulmate aspiration - just for a couple of examples. It's frustrating to play when you are making progress toward an aspiration or a personal goal for your sim and then the game crashes. Also, the load time has been getting longer and longer. Shouldn't feel like this much of a chore to play,
