My problem is that my game is crashing after the fight night update. I launch apex and get to the lobby. It doesn't last too long and after a few minutes, it crashes. I have apex legends downloaded on steam.

This still isn't fixed unfortunately.
My hardware:
Ryzen 7 2700x
RTX 2080
16 GB RAM
1TB M.2 SSD
Fixes I've tried:
1) Updating my nvidia drivers (461.09)
2) Changing in-game settings (Fullscreen->Borderless, V-sync off)
3) Verifying the game installation
4) Stress testing my RAM and GPU for an hour each (via OCCT — no errors)
5) Disabling GeForce Experience Overlay
Also I should mention my game sometimes recovers after 5-30 seconds. Other times I have to hard restart my computer.
I tried to get a friend back into the game the other day and he froze mid-fight — and I've seen lots of pubbies randomly disconnect too. Seems likely they're suffering the same problem.
Fingers crossed, but limiting my fps to 120 using the launch option seems to have fixed it:
+fps_max 120
2 more days, still no fix.
I'm having the same issues for like 2 days by now , it's frustrating truly is.. I even re-format my pc to see if the issues fixed and I'm at my bitter end that problem still the same..
PC specs i3-7100 gtx 1650 , before the patch was out , could say that I'm having at least around 60 fps.. I couldn't play at all even to pick up and item on floor having packet loss ?? Let alone in fight , welp , I hope it getting fixed before the S8 out pretty please?
Nevermind it's back.
Video feed to both monitors froze shortly after pinging a level 3 shotgun bolt while playing as Bloodhound on World's Edge. Apex recovered briefly for about two seconds and then froze again. I couldn't access task manager and had to hard reset.
We desperately need a fix for this. As long as this issue is here I can't in good conscience ask my friends to play this game.
I am having the same issue. I load up my game and it stays sat there on loading whatever map it is then just code nets. Or I finally get into a game and it crashes and then try’s putting me back in multiple times.
even changing between firing range and ranked and pubs it freezes my whole game. All since fright night update and I have newest console
JESUS CRHIST 2 WEEKS AND COUNTING!!! Are you solving this or are we going to be forced to play another game?
