game crash to main menu

when sorting cosmetics in the legend locker, my game will often crash to the main menu of the game. sorry if this has already been reported, this is my first time on this site and idk how to use it

If you have not already, the main things worth trying would be:

Perform a clean reinstall of both the Intel and NVIDIA graphics drivers.
Check for the latest BIOS, chipset, and firmware updates from Lenovo for this model.
Temporarily disable overlays or monitoring tools such as GeForce overlay, Discord overlay, MSI Afterburner, or RTSS.
Test again without any overclock, undervolt, or aggressive performance tuning.
