Game Crashes on Ranked Mode Cause PENALTY!!

Game Crashes on ranked mode causes penaltyThis is happening to many people in apex community... I hope EA fix this serious issue or consider refunding our battle pass because we are unable to play when we get penalty because of something out of our hands....EA should try some alternatives to fix the 'alt f4' exploit not to give penalties because of game crash...I contacted EA about my personal experience regarding this bug, and i'll see what will they say and let you know...I'm really disappointed and angry because of this serious issue, and I wish they really consider solving it ASAP

@Cozy90s you can bet alot of people are going through this. And some just wont take the time out of the day to find a fourm for apex or even know how or what it is. So yeah this needs to be fixed because this is a big technical issue

Guys, EA support team DOESN'T LISTENi talked, emailed, chatted with them many times last week and last couple of days, no one is listening or even seriously commenting on the issue!!the main problem is this:WE ARE GETTING PENALTY FOR GAME CRASH AND ERROR SUCH AS THE DXGI ERROR!!it's ok to cope with the error from time to time, but the real issue is the PENALTY they must not give us penalty for crashes!!Today i ended up having 45 minutes, and honestly i am afraid to play my next game because if i crash the penalty will be more and keep going on and on!!This is ridiculous specially after buying the battle pass, looks like i wasted my money as i can't play because of crashes penalties!!talking about penalties, btw, WHY RANKED PENALTY PREVENT US FROM PLAYING ALL OTHER MODES? this doesn't make sense at all!! look at games like CSGO, if you get banned in a competitive match, you can play all other game modes!! but in Apex it is really bad!!anyway, as i said earlier, I don't think they're listening...&nbsp;this is happening since season 4 is out!let's make this issue really loud!!

Did you get any feedback because they kinda just threw their hands up when I called said it wasn't their problem and they can't lift the penalty.&nbsp;

@Cozy90sjust was playing ranked with some friends my game randomly crashed got a 20MIN leaver i said it's ok * happens it's rank i said if it's only 20mins i'll just go eat or something watch some videos
THE GAME CRASHED AGAIN IN A RANK MATCH IN THE CHARACTER SELECT SCREEN GOT A 42 MIN LEAVER NOT EVEN IN THE GAME YET JUST PICKING MY LEGEND WTF sorry for the caps but dude i can't stop it on my end i got an upgraded pc i work i can afford a good gaming pc i've play apex from month one the second week and now i'm like i can't even play it because something in their code is like oh let's crash. 20 mins i'll live with i'm use to it IF i did something to deserve it but i didn't the game itself crash not my pc not my internet the game
