So I reinstalled EasyAntiCheat + Repair + Installed GeForce Hotfix Driver Version 516.79
Now it's working
GeForce Hotfix Driver Version 516.79:
- 3 years ago@eben0 Is there any solution like yours but with Radeon GPU ?
- 3 years ago@King-Schultzzzz I don't think so. I just updated to the most recent AMD driver (released on Tuesday) to check, but I'm still running into the same problem.

Hello all,
I'm experiencing weird random crashes while playing - the game freezes for 1 second and then boom - straight to the desktop. It never happens during loading screens or when I'm sitting in the lobby, it happens only on the battlefield and it's completely random. The crash itself doesn't show any error codes, it does not create log files too and that's pretty annoying.
ATTENTION! This is happening since season 4 (that's when I discovered the game) and it's never been fixed. It's not PC performance I'm way above the recommended requirements,
It's not slow internet or falsy connection,
I haven't done any overclocking on my PC,
my Windows 10 is being updated every time Microsoft launches a new update (with none of them Apex worked fine - again, since season 4)
my GPU drivers are always at the latest available version (no version fixed the crashes),
I've literally read the whole internet and watched every single video marked as a guide how to fix the problem.
So, things I've tried so far are:
1. Playing the game tru Origin and then Steam (Steam is updated to the latest possible version too)
2. Changing game video settings from the lowest possible to the highest, tested with different resolutions and full screen/windowed modes - no difference
3. Capping my FPS to 144, 120, 100, 80, 60, 30, 20 even 10 once (it was pain) - still crashing
4. Performing a "Clean boot" - no difference
5. Lowering the priority of the EasyAntiCheat in the Task Manager - still crashing
6. Reinstalling and downgrading my GPU drivers - it's not that
7. Allowing the game in Firewall - no difference
8. C++ Redistributable updated to the latest version - it's not that
9. Playing the game with different account - still crashing
10. Disabling all over-lay software like Steam Over-lay and GeForce Experience Over-lay - still crashing
11. Adding a missing registry "TdrDelay" set to Hex:8 - still crashing
12. Repairing EasyAntiCheat - no difference
13. Verified integrity of the game multiple times after some tries to fix the problem - made no difference
14. Reinstalling the game + tried all the above again - still crashing
15. Ran multiple cleaning and fixing softwares (drivers, malware, errors, viruses and so on) - nothing worked
16. REINSTALLED MY WINDOWS FOR APEX AND IT STILL CRASHES.
All this made me quit for about 3 - 4 seasons duration then I decided to give it a second chance (hoping Apex is fixed) BUT NO!
If i'm missing something or someone knows how to fix the game, please tell me! I'm losing hope ☹️
Thanks in advance!

I'm going through similar issues. Difference is that I did not crash a SINGLE time during the entirety of Season 13. The moment Season 14 launched, I've been CONSTANTLY crashing to the desktop with no error. Once every couple games, sometimes twice a game. This is the information from the most recent crash dump I have.

Now, I'm going to list every single thing I've done:
1) Reinstalled Apex Legends through Steam, and verified integrity of game files.2) Deleted the Saved Data folder for Apex, and rebuilt it by launching the game again.
3) Tweaked pretty much every video setting possible both in Apex and AMD settings.
4) Rolled back AMD video drivers, as well as updating to new optional build, neither worked (per recommendation on forums).
5) Ran a complete CCleaner scan.
6) Updated Intel chipset drivers (per recommendation on forums).
7) Updated and flashed MSI BIOS (per recommendation on forums).
8) Tried different framerate caps with +fps_max 80, +fps_max 160, +fps_max unlimited, etc.
9) Made an entirely different Windows local account and attempted to play on that (per recommendation on forums).
10) Tested current RAM using Windows Memory Diagnostic tool.
11) THINKING IT COULD HAVE BEEN MY PROCESSOR OVERHEATING, REAPPLIED THERMAL PASTE AND PURCHASE A TOP OF THE LINE AFTERMARKET CPU FAN
12) PURCHASED AN INSTALLED AN ENTIRELY NEW GRAPHICS CARD FROM AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT MANUFACTURER (NVIDIA RTX 3070), AND INSTALLED THOSE LATEST DRIVERS
13) COMPLETELY FORMATTED MY CURRENT SSD, AND REINSTALLED WINDOWS FROM SCRATCH, INSTALLING ONLY APEX LEGENDS ON THE NEW INSTALLI don't ever know right away because it will seem fine for a couple of games, but then bam, RANDOM crash with seemingly NO consistency, always in a different situation.
I have spent over $1,000 trying to fix TRY TO PLAY ONE (YES, LITERALLY ONLY ONE) GAME. Every thing else I've played on this PC has worked smooth as butter, EVEN APEX LEGENDS BEFORE SEASON 14.I don't know what the everlasting **** Respawn did this patch, but this is seriously becoming an unfixable problem, even after all of my desperate measures. Please, for the love of god, can I get somebody from Respawn to even acknowledge this?

So I was in the same boat as you and spent literally 2 hours a day since the season 14 patch trying to troubleshoot everything I could. My crashfile looked similar to yours.
I did everything you did and more.
Tested my hardware and software
clean boot twice
flashed my bios,
tested XMP on/off
contacting NVIDIA to check if they had a hotfix for this similar to previously Nvidia (apex legends stabilizing) hotfixes
etc etc.
I feel really stupid for doing that since why would I spend hours and hours of troubleshooting something wrong with my computer when the problem only occurs in one game and started after a big update? At least I now know that my hardware works flawlessly.
So I think I finally fixed my crashes. The only reason I say "think", is because after the fixes I was able to play for 3 days without crashes. I have since then stopped playing from the exhaustion of troubleshooting and found another game to play. I currently don't have apex installed so can't say for sure if what I did work or not.
I must warn you that the following steps require you to download files that may or may not contain virus/malware stuff. And it requires that you subscribe to the channel to download the files (sketchy af). I only did it because my computer had literally only windows and steam installed on it and nothing to lose. So if everything would completely break apart I could just spend another hour installing windows again. Just beware of what you're getting into but I haven't had any issues.
So I found this youtube video.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hnydlu412fA&t=62s
I did the "override DPI setting" solution that is shown in the video.
I downloaded the files which contained a direct X file and installed that one.
I installed the Microsoft redistributable visual c++ . (It seemed to install every version there was but idk).
Last but not least I increased the virtual memory of windows (not shown in the video). I googled the error code shown in the error file and found someone talking about increasing virtual memory stuff. I followed the steps to increase it by setting the values manually. I can't remember which post. I set my initial value as 1.5 of my ram and the max at double my ram. I have no idea what this does but I was desperate.
After these changes, I reverted every other fix I didn't like (E.G.Like disabling fullscreen support and max fps) and was able to play for 3 days without crashing. I have no idea which of the changes fixed my problem but I would guess that it was the virtual memory one. But if it works it works right?
So that's my story. I just randomly scrolled through my mail and found your post notification and thought I would share. Maybe it will help someone.
I´m done with EA games and will never install one ever again. Farewell, and I sincerely hope you find a solution!
