try this.
worked for origin/steam
- go to C:/Windows/System32/drivers
- make a new folder ( doesnt matter ehat the names are)
- cut all files from /drivers to the new folders u just created
- continue for all, if u dont have the permission skip
- open apex
I dont know what cause this annoying issues but at least for now i can play apex after doing all the step above
Hopefuly ea team gonna fix this issues soon

@lasop123 make new folder inside the /drivers folder ? or at system32?
