I've had this issue for a week now, and the Valorant solution fixed it. Remember to look up the offending system file before deleting it, as I accidentally trapped myself in a boot loop for several hours after deleting a system file in my System32/drivers folder.
My specific problem was with EasyUS Todo Backup, if that helps anyone.
I hope whoever decided to make Easy Anti-cheat not produce log files breaks all of their fingers, as simply running Valorant straight up tells you what the offending file is. Hope the guys and gals at Respawn can clean up EAC's mess, because the Apex dump files were next to useless.
I tried the Valorant thing, unfortunately it just loaded the game so I played a match and had a team mate afk spawn jumping the entire match. Remember why I stopped playing it outside of a 5stack now...
