I dont know if this is the right thread but I am facing the issue of game not opening since the last patch. Less than a week left for the battle to end and i had 20 more levels and now i cannot play the game. I have submitted a case and have been following up since a week yet there's no solution or fix from EA. I am not even able to attach the dumpfile in any way(when the error message is literally showing to post the dumpfile on the support site). I have sent a mail for which they are saying it might take 30 days, . Obviously EA has got nothing to lose from this whole thing, but the fact is that i have bought the battle pass and now its left unfinished. Ok, forget about the battlepass. This is a game i play for leisure after hard day's work, I know that means nothing to anyone else, but it does for me. I dint want to try any temporary fixes on this thread or reddit. But i had no other option since EA isn't doing anything. But nothing fixed the issue. I even know this post isn't going to change anything either but this is just my frustration showing.

uninstall the ctrl2cap (by microsoft utility https://docs.microsoft.com/ja-jp/sysinternals/downloads/ctrl2cap), then booting
Hey, I'm getting the "out of memory" crash quite frequently since sometime. I can play some games every once in a while, then it happens when I'm on the main menu. I've tried the solutions I could find: delete the "assets" folder, verify game files, remove launch parameters. I'm still getting the crashes. My drivers are updated. Any help?
I feel your pain, bought event skins right before the update and now its unplayable. Not a happy camper...
Bruh this sucks. Not even a hotfix before the new season. Pissed off that I missed out on the event and now missing out on finishing my battle pass. Wouldn't be an issue if they had cross-progression. 🙃
