Game Crashing after Video Intro

New UPDATE: So i managed to dumb down the problem to basically the link between the EA and the Steam ID. After 5 hours of work and doing all the intro troubleshooting things, i created a new EA account and linked it to a new steam account and the game worked on the same PC 🙂 

Now , i have lots of stuff on my original account so its a bit sad that i have to start all over, i already used my unlink option once unfortunately so thats not possible. Is there a way to troubleshoot this now? i have no clue what to do at this point except hope for a new update on Apex that will somehow magically fix my link issue. 

Any EA manager supports here?>

    Forums is not EA Support and we cant help out with Account issues. With that said, EA Support cant transfer data between accounts.

    A quick question: did you clear your document folder for APEX? @bbezez

      @EA_Atic How did you do that for the game installed on Steam? I looked for the document folder but cant locate it.

      P.S I reinstalled multiple times
