Game crashing and freezing on dressed to kill update- Consoles

Hello I had this crashing problem were it just kick me out to xbox home(Xbox series x) I get kicked in lobby main menu and in game crashing or freezing every 5min or even worse just instantly its hap...

I am having this issue on xbox one and it's making the game unplayable. I can maby finish a normal game before crashing and that's if I am lucky enough not to crash before I even search for a match. Please advice on how to fix this. 

Ps. The game worked perfectly before the update for horizon heirloom. As soon as I started up the game I crashed after installing the update.
