Game crashing and freezing on dressed to kill update- Consoles

Hi. I can't even get in right now. Says my profile is not permitted to play online. I'm not sure if this is an issue on my side or what. Did you come right?

Yeah same thing ..your profile is not allowed it tells the sexact same thing I have to.use another network provider through my * phone 

Is the game kicking you out still? I managed to get in but it froze and I had to restart to get back into the game.

Its refused to even log in keeps saying my profile can't play online but with other network it doesn't kick me out the game .. I don't know whats wrong with EA.so how was your experience were you kicked out again or just that time 

I played like 4 matches now without any issues. Everything looks okay now but I don't wanna get happy too quickly lol.

Ok lad please drop an update when it does im so so tired of all this ..I went on to swap my console this morning and would see how it goes ..

Next gen now its unplayable 

So what are we supposed to do if this doesn’t work? Is there a way to contact EA / Respawn? This seems like lawsuit material wtf. Done nothing wrong and can’t access all my content in Apex.

They aren't even ready to listen to the same people that buy battlepass every season , I lost last seasons battlrpass cause of this nonsense now I am about to loose another season cause of this same issue since the dress to kill event ... just xbox and pc players experience this same issue
