game crashing immediately when I try to change my keybinds in the settings.

My game keeps crashing immediately to desktop whenever I try to change my keybinds in the settings.

And the error is "Integrity error 0x80000001"

I’ve already tried these steps to fix it, but nothing worked:

(1)Restarted my PC.

(2)Reinstalled the game.

(3)Deleted settings.cfg from \Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\local to reset everything.

Since resetting the configs and a clean install didn't help, what should I do next?
